Eligibility.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You may not use the Service and may not accept the Terms if 1) you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction of primary residencey to form a binding contract with Life Coach Access or 2) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under any relevant laws of any jurisdiction that affects you.

You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of yourself or of any content you may contribute to Life Coach Access. Life Coach Access reserves the right (but not the obligation) to terminate such accounts, and in cases of misappropriation of identify or fraud, take all further legal action as we deem appropriate.

The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify or change any aspect of the Agreement at any time, in whole or in part and without prior notice to you, by posting modifications to the Agreement on the Site. Life Coach Access offers a free Coach Directory! This tool is offered to assist individuals in identifying and selecting coaches best suited for their particular situation.
The Qualifications Of Coaches Listed, Are Not Verified By Life Coach Access In Any Way. Individuals Utilizing This Database Are Urged To Take Reasonable Steps To Verify The Qualifications Of Any Potential Coach.
By utilizing the Life Coach Access Coach Referral System, you agree to hold Life Coach Access harmless from any and all claims that may arise as a result of your using the information provided.
You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during your coaching calls, including your choices and decisions. You are aware that you can choose to discontinue coaching at any time.
You understand that "coaching" is a Professional-Client relationship you have with your coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
You understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
You promise that if you are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that you have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of your decision to proceed with the coaching relationship.

Agreement to List your Coaching Service on our site:

Life Coaches Listing On The Site Do So At Their Own Risk. Listing On This Site Is Not A Guarantee Potential Coaching Clients Will Find You And Choose You. You Accept This As Part Of Your Agreement Of Utilizing The Site. We Do Not Guarantee Coaches Any Clients.

You understand that your listing will only come up in searches based on how you filled in your data and on what the user inputs.

Life Coach Access reserves the right to take down your listing for any reason without refunding any portion of your annual payment.

Please note that the Coach Directory is intended to be used as a tool for potential coaching clients to select a coach. Life Coach Access is not to be used to promote or market products and/or services to Life Coach Access members. Life Coach Access reserves the right to cancel and/or remove any posting that does not fit within the original purpose for the system.

Life Coach Access offer coaches the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise by submitting articles to the website.

You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
Your submission to Life Coach Access also gives unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.

Coaches: Charges and Payment of Fees

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. We reserve the right to modify the fees and charges and to introduce new charges at any time, upon at least THIRTY (30) DAYS prior notice to you, which notice may be provided by e-mail.

Fees for other services will be charged on an as-quoted basis. All prices quoted are in US dollars.

You agree to provide us with complete and accurate billing and contact information. You agree to update this information within THIRTY (30) DAYS of any change to it. If the contact information you have provided is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription.
