Life Coach Access came about because there was no easy way for people to find a coach to meet their specific needs. Life Coaching is a broad field with many different specialties and as Deming puts it,

I found it difficult to know where to start looking for specific types of coaching. There needed to be a centralized network that really broke down the barriers and at the same time educated people on just how widespread and mainstream coaching has become."
This website has been meticulously designed to make the process easier by allowing people seeking a coach to be able to enter basic search criteria such as education, location and specialty. At the same time, LCA sets out to provide a more in-depth look at the disciplines that are available along with a forum for those who want to more deeply explore the field.
About the Founder
Donna Deming, MSW is a Life Coach and owner of BreakThroughLifeCoaching.net who specializes in midlife coaching, positive team building and personal life coaching. Donna's background has always been in helping people achieve their goals. She has done volunteer work in Haiti and worked for major financial institutions on Wall Street. While continuing her job on Wall Street, Deming obtained a Master's in Social Work at NYU while working with actors and musicians through their union. During this time, Deming also trained with the one of the premier coaching institutes, Mentor Coach and began working with her own private clientele.
